I utilize honest self-perception, joy-centered programming, and friendly accountability to help build you a foundation for a more balanced and purposeful life. My virtual Integration Program spans 8 weeks, and it takes 3 steps to begin…

ReflectION

Step I. Fill out my free self-reflection form. The intention of this questionnaire is to build awareness of yourself and your environment. Total honesty is required. At the end of the form, you will decide whether or not you wish to invest in the program.

DIRECTION

Step II. After I review your form and receive your investment, I will schedule an initial meeting to go over your lifestyle, mindset, and environmental friction. Our goal of the initial meeting is to establish direction, and define actionable steps for you to take.

ACTION

Step III. This step repeats forever. I help illuminate a path, but you have to walk it. As you take steps toward living a more integrated life, I will formally check-in twice a week to help troubleshoot friction and provide support.
