Nebulae are nurseries for stars, and this is a space of nebulous thoughts

  • We seem to be seeking a magic program, potion, number, date, or time, but numbers are inherently arbitrary and mostly unfulfilling.

    If we focus on making small, consistent daily, the numbers will arrive on their own.

  • Abundance is not something to seek; it’s something you already have. It’s the perspective, “I have more than enough here to bring positive change to my life.”

    In our capitalist-dominant society, abundance is used interchangeably with excess, but this is consumerism.

  • If we want to consistently make good decisions for ourselves and our community, we will need to avoid burning out.

    Objective: Create space for at least one unstructured and unplugged moment throughout the day to reset.

  • Virtuosity is achievable and driven by playful curiosity.

    Objective: Keep play at the center of all things

  • Follow what brings us joy. This is the only direction that we’ll ever need. There is plenty of adversity on this path.

  • They stir, build, peak, and trough, only to be pulled back into the vast ocean.

    Objective: Swim, do not drown.

  • The quality of our lives is directly reflective of what we pay attention to and what we don’t.

  • Sonder is the profound, sudden realization that every random passerby is living a life as vivid, complex, and chaotic as your own

    Objective: Remain kind through adversity.
